Nieuwmount Labs is a research and technology company focused on food fraud and artificial intelligence.

Objective

We run an information platform centered on food fraud and food authenticity — covering the latest fraud incidents, tracking new detection methods, and exploring public perspectives on food trust. We are also building out AI applications in food safety and scientific research.

On the research side, Nieuwmount Labs is developing a semi-automated AI research workflow powered by AI research agents. The goal is simple: let AI handle the routine work — literature review, academic writing, figure generation, formatting, and basic data analysis — so researchers can spend more time on ideas, insight, and discovery.
